Chef Raymond starts his cooking life when he was 12. He studied in the Hong Kong Culinary Academy and very good at Chinese, French, Spanish and Fusion cuisine. He gained much from his good tutor, Derek, and become his private kitchen's partner in the same year.
Raymond has owned many cooking awards, including Champion place in the VTC competition when he was 17 and got a Bronze award in Singapore FHA 2018 which is a Global Hospitality Top Events.
He also is a member of HK Chef Association and HKGCWS. He is studying in WSET Level 3 and will become a Qualifications Sommelier.
He is full of enthusiastic to share his cooking experience and want to meet all of you! He offers "Party Dinner" which for a group of 10+ people and a "No Menu" dinner to his guests as well. Guests set the budget and choose a cuisine (Chinese, French, Spanish and Fusion Type, even is a fine dining) he'll setup a Customize menu for you! Come and enjoy his party now!
