Chef Stephen - Hello there! I’m Stephen! I’m a full-time online business owner who loves to cook in the evenings and on weekends. I’m inspired by spices and flavorful food from all around the world and like to bring it all together in traditional and unique ways. I love cooking and have been a self-taught home chef. With my passion for food and cooking, I will only cook with the fresh ingredients that I buy on the day of your dinner.

We host dinners in our apartment in Hong Kong. I highly recommend coming a little early, and I love to chat with my guest with a glass of wine before the dinner begins. We hope to see you soon!
