Chef Lawrence – His experience included working in one of the top Chinese 2 Michelin Starred hotel restaurant. His career and past working experience were mainly in catering. Chef Lawrence treated cooking seriously, and his hard work paid off. We are pleased that Chef Lawrence who is one of the famous and talented local Chinese chefs has chosen to partner with TravoAsia.com to extend his passion for food and home dining.

Chef Lawrence has owned many cooking awards and is one of the selected chefs by the HK Tourism Board to fly over UK in order to promote the food of Hong Kong, and also worked in a hotel restaurant for over 5 years until it achieved 2 Michelin Stars. Chef Lawrence loves cooking, and becoming a private chef provides him the opportunity to directly interact with his guests, and he also runs a cooking class, and as well spend time to create new dishes.
